We give an extensive 5-year warranty on the compressors and 3-year warranty on all other spare parts. This new warranty policy is enforced and effective for all mid wall splits, window walls, and light commercial units sold after 1 June 2016.
Alongside this warranty, we guarantee a supply of the spare parts for all our products for the warranty duration and beyond.
